Not Your Nanny's Review

A shiny new playground deep in the Broadway Triangle. This is a big playground that takes up about half of a cute park. The rest of the park has basketball courts and an astroturf square for running around on. I like that it has distinct areas for those who are not yet great at sharing, and a pretty cool and unique fountain for water play. There’s also a lot of empty space for bikes, scooters, and playing catch. I think it would be great if you have a big range of ages to amuse - fun for the littles and not patronizing for tweens.

About the Playground

The playgorund is is named for Josiah Bartlett who signed the Declaration of Independence and served as governor of New Hampshire (And West Wing fans will recall, was an ancestor of Matin Sheen's character, Jeb Bartlet, better known as the president).
